Typical bulk production takes 35 days after the sample has been approved and required testing is complete. Product development, mould making, testing and shipping are outside that production period. We confirm the schedule for your specific order.

Yes. Our team handles 3D design and can use 3D printing for prototypes where appropriate. We source other component samples when needed and collaborate with specialist mould makers. Sample costs, tooling costs and development timing are quoted by project.

We welcome projects for Europe, North America and other markets. Tell us the destination country, intended use, buyer specifications and required tests. We review product, material and testing requirements for the project; documentation depends on the selected product and testing completed.

Yes. We supply semi-finished footwear and handle inquiries for existing and used moulds, including exports. A suitable existing mould may reduce the need for new tooling. Share the mould or component type, size range, equipment requirements and destination so we can review availability, condition and compatibility.
